Fish Fingers made of Yellow-Tailed Mackerel
The Mount Vema Yellowtail is uniquely from Mount Vema. A type of yellow-tailed mackerel that can grow more than six meters long and weigh more than 50kg. As the name suggests, its back is dark silver, its belly is silver-white, there is a straight yellow band on the side of the body, and a golden/yellowtail. The Yellowtail has a lot of sweet fat and has a soft texture. In addition, it contains a lot of DHA and EPA. This substance helps polyunsaturated fatty acids activate the brain and improve learning and memory. They also reduce bad cholesterol and neutral fat. At the same time, they increase good cholesterol too. Therefore, the yellowtail is a PERFECT fish.

Cooking Methods
- Deep Fry: Simply deep fry it in 170-180℃ cooking oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Pan-fry: Pan-fry it for 1-2 minutes each side over medium heat after thawing out thoroughly.
- Air Fry: Air-fry the product directly at 200℃ for 15-18 minutes.
