Grants for Medical Related Works 

Grant Applications

The Mount Vema Grants for Medical Related Works are awarded annually by His Mount Vema Majesty’s Government to health organizations and individuals engaged in works related to medical research, new initiatives and ongoing works to improve treatment and cure for diseases for the benefit of mankind across the world. Applicants apply to be included in the Government's international healthcare budget for the following fiscal year. 
APPLICANTS MUST READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM
To apply for Mount Vema Medical Related Grants, you must complete the application form in English. It is important that you complete all questions as indicated, as a decision on your application will be based on the information you provide to us without interviewing you.

DOCUMENTS
You will need to provide color copies of original documents to apply. The documents you need includes:
  • proof of income and including any one working with you
  • If you’re working or claiming any type of Allowance, you also need provide the proof
  • proof of your address
Provide any 2 of the following:
  • your current passport
  • birth or marriage certificate
  • residence permit (for your current country of residency)
  • certificate of registration or naturalization
  • permanent residence card
  • recent utility bill
  • recent bank statement
  • recent benefit award statements
  • If you rent from a private landlord, you’ll also need to provide one of the following: a tenancy agreement or rent book or a letter from your landlord confirming your tenancy.
Note: Any document issued by the Vema Seamount Authority, His Mount Vema Majesty's Government, or a legal entity of the Kingdom of Mount Vema including certificates, official letters or a Mount Vema passport will be accepted as priority

​1- Who can apply?
Anyone can apply. All nationalities are accepted.
2- When can I apply?
Applications are opened from November 2019.
3- Where can I apply?
Except for when recommended, which your documentation may have been handed in by a person who is an authorized official, a representative or an agent, you can only apply online.
4- How can I apply?
Request application form - Once you receive the application form, you need to fill out the form in English. It is important that you complete all questions as indicated. Complete all relevant questions and sign the declaration. Failure to answer any relevant question completely and accurately may result in the application being refused or delayed, or the application may be cancelled at a later date.

5- Do I have to pay any fee with this application?
No, you don't have to pay any application fee. However you may be requested to provide additional evidence to support your application that could incur costs, especially if you wish to proceed after a request for additional documentation is made by us, which can be anything from a verified copy from a local notary, to documents that may require a fee to be paid to either your local government, or to a private entity. 
6- What do the Grant covers?
What you will get depends on your project, your individual circumstances, and your location and what it will be used for.
7- What happens when or after I complete my work
What you do after is completely up to you. We make make no claims or take any credit for your work. However, we always hope that you will consider to help others with your achievements.
