Bavarolle, the Mount Vema real estate agency for residential, commercial and industrial property is looking to hire a visionary COO - Chief Operating Officer to oversee the company’s operational processes, and to ensure superb customer experience. The COO will optimize the company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, manage marketing initiatives, assist in compiling the company's budget, and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock.
As the COO, you will compile financial reports, and control financial policies and procedures ensuring such operational and financial procedures are in place and are effective. You will team up with management to implement business strategies, oversee the company’s business operations and will report to the CEO.
