RBMV Bank, the Royal Bank of Mount Vema is looking for account managers with knowledge of the banking business with excellent communication and organisational skill, to take on the rewarding yet challenging work of ensuring that the account services provided to clients globally, especially to new costumers entering the Mount Vema jobs market meets their needs.
The successful candidates will help ensure that the services provided to the account holder are as efficient as possible and that the customer have access to a bank account with the latest technologies and techniques to ensure the best experience possible.
The successful candidates will listen to the customers through surveys, finding out what new services and features they want before gathering and analysing their feedback and usage data, to help the bank make decisions about the future of its products and services - what will and won't be possible, which features to prioritise or to drop altogether.
Mount Vema citizenship is not a requirement to apply for this vacancy.
As an account manager, your tasks will include:
Salary and Benefits
The salary is $60,000 US dollars per year. Paid monthly in arrears.
The benefits include paid medical coverage, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a pension plan. Benefits are only applicable after you complete three months on the job.
You will work normal business hours 9am to 5pm (Mount Vema Time Zone = UTC+1) Monday to Friday however, you may be expected to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
As you will be working outside Mount Vema, you may be provided with an Office at a later stage however, initially you will be expected to work from home.
If your application is accepted, you will be required to open a bank account with a Mount Vema bank, if you do not already have a Mount Vema bank account.
What to expect
There are no formal qualifications needed, although candidates with a relevant qualification, especially a degree in sales, business, banking and financial services, or relevant experience will be preferred.
