ARCKrove, the manufacturing company of Mount Vema is looking for a General Project Coordinator to work with other project coordinators working and to be working on research, design, manufacturing and assembling of products to specification for the Kingdom of Mount Vema and clients across the world.
The successful candidate will need to work to promote the company’s vision to embrace the power of the idea, and work to transform imaginations into reality that are of benefit to mankind, and to the environment. You will oversee projects throughout the manufacturing, and engineering processes, from procurement of raw materials to the transformation into final products. Coordinating projects from product design, materials specification from which the product is made, product modification through the manufacturing processes to the required part for production of more complex products, such as building materials, household appliances, furniture, and more. Mount Vema citizenship is not a requirement to apply for this vacancy. Responsibilities As a Project Coordinator, you will need to follow a standard process, as defined by the employer, and oversee other project coordinators within company and check their progress with regards to:
Salary and Benefits The salary is $80,000 US dollras per year. Paid monthly in arrears. The benefits include paid medical coverage, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a pension plan. Benefits are only applicable after you complete three months on the job. Working hours You will work normal business hours (Mount Vema Time Zone = UTC+1) Monday to Friday however, you may be expected to work additional hours to meet deadlines without overtime compensation. Work Conditions As you will be working outside Mount Vema, you may be provided with an Office at a later stage however, initially you will be expected to work from home. Travel is almost always involved in this role, and therefore the work environment may vary quite dramatically day to day. Requirements If your application is accepted, you will be required to open a bank account with a Mount Vema bank, if you do not already have a Mount Vema bank account. What to expect You will lead a project team to meet tight deadlines, which means you may be working under pressure. Most of the time you will be office based or work for home, but you should expect to travel, and visit factories, assembling sites, attend project team meetings in person or virtually. Qualifications You can apply for this vacancy with a degree in any subject. However, a degree in project management will help but is not a pre-requisite. Your experience or knowledge will be more important than a science or project management degree. Skills You will need to have:
Work experience Work experience in managing resources, costs and people will help you to get this job. Training Training is not provided. Except for the use of the software to help you monitor and coordinate projects. You will be expected to develop your own ways of work, proving that you follow the protocol and the expected codes of conduct. If being in charge of schemes, resources and people motivates you, and you can work under pressure to tight deadlines, this vacancy may suit you.
