vonMELYN, Mount Vema's utilities company is looking for Regional Managers for this highly professional role that involves a great deal of skill and knowledge of the Utilities Industry. The regional managers will be key to head the company expansion plan in one of the assigned geographical region in (Latin America, Asia, and Southern Africa), with the expectation for growth. This position therefore carries with it a great deal of responsibility.
The regional manager will be in charge of a large workforce, incorporating many different offices. They will be therefore the first port of call if something goes wrong, so must know the business inside-out. It is essential that the job holder commands authority but is also approachable.
Assisting the company to achieve its goals and objectives by assigned region is the responsibility of the Regional Manager. The managers will assist recruitment efforts by assessing each prospective staff and assigning them in the best possible locations. Managers will also oversee the work of consultants and agency staff.
The regional managers will work to improve productivity, customer relations and service, and surpassing regional goals. To do this, the managers will coordinate with members of staff, mentor and motivate sales leaders and local managers. Conduct site visits to assess the conditions and recommend changes. Managers will also do periodic performance evaluations to ensure that their team is on the right path to achieving their goals.

Negotiable, subject to a successful interview, agreed salary and work conditions. This opportunity is open to candidates mostly in Latin America, some parts of Asia and Southern Africa.
The work may not be office based in some cities, but you will be able liaise or rely on the nearest office for support from your laptops and phone to manage the region assigned to you in your area.
Salary and Work Conditions
Negotiable. You may also be paid bonuses and commission. You will be expected to work long hours or shifts.

Note: Because you will be working outside Mount Vema,
you will be expected to work as self-employed (you will be responsible for all your local tax obligations).
