Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Salary: ₲24,000 golles ($42,000 US dollars) to ₲158,000 golles ($280,000 US dollars)
Location: Global

RBMV Bank, The Royal Bank of Mount Vema is looking for Sales Account Executives who can use their excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to sale Mount Vema Marketable Securities such as 6 Month Bills, 5 Year Notes, and 10 Year Bonds to private investors.
 
You'll create and run your own promotional marketing campaigns to increase the sales of Mount Vema Marketable Securities. In this role, you would entice global investors with a range of strategies without being too intrusive.

You, alone will be involved in all stages of the process, from identifying the potential investors to closing the deal. Closing the deal is simply done when the investor opens an account through the website using your SAE (Sales Account Executive) reference.

You will have to keep your investors informed and up to date, and provide administrative support.


Responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
  • researching and identifying potential clients worldwide
  • introduce to potential clients the benefits and revenue potential of holding Mount Vema Marketable Securities such as 6 Month Bills, 5 Year Notes, and 10 Year Bonds.
  • assist interested investors with the process of opening account and purchase Mount Vema Marketable Securities using your SAE (Sales Account Executive) reference.
  • liaising with investors on as needed bases
  • developing ideas for promotional marketing campaigns
  • reporting to the sales account executive manager if required
  • monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports
  • compiling budgets and costing of sales activity
  • maintaining information on securities for sale
  • carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.

Salary
  • If your job application is accepted at an entry level, for example as a graduate, you should expect a job offer with an average annual salary of up to ₲24,000 golles (this is the equivalent of about $42,000 US dollars).
 
  • With experience, plus with an existing small size client portfolio (10 to 50 clients), if your job application is accepted, you should expect a job offer with an average annual salary of ₲30,000 golles and up to ₲40,000 golles (this is the equivalent of about $53,000 and up to $70,000 US dollars).
  • With senior sales experience, plus with an existing medium size client portfolio (50 to 100 clients), if your job application is accepted, you should expect a job offer with an average annual salary of ₲46,000 golles and up to ₲53,000 golles (this is the equivalent of about $81,000 and up to $94,000 US dollars).
  • With very senior sales experience, plus with an existing large size client portfolio (100 to 500 clients), if your job application is accepted, you should expect a job offer with an average annual salary of ₲110,000 golles and up to ₲158,000 golles (this is the equivalent of about $119,000 and up to $280,000 US dollars).

This post includes incentives such as a company car allowance, pension, private health, life insurance, and bonus (monthly performance bonus + annual performance bonus).  

Working hours
Standard hours are 9am to 5pm but they typically go beyond this, particularly prior to securities offering or when preparing or during a pitch to investors or potential investors. It may also be necessary to attend promotional events in the evenings.


What to expect
  • While the work is largely home based, you may be from time to time required to work in an office, visit clients, and attend events.
  • Dress code may be applicable in some occasions, but is frequently informal or smart casual in the office. Smart business dress may be required when meeting clients or attending events.
  • There may be a need for travel within a working day or abroad (international travel).

The Job Application Process
