10% discount for a 4 bedroom off plan title will end this month

The Treasury of His Mount Vema Majesty’s Government has confirmed on Friday, that the price for a City of Mount Vema 4 Bedroom off plan property title currently at 10% discount for the district of Westland project will end on Wednesday the 30th, July 2025.
 
Submissions to reserve a District of Westland floating home later than 5pm, on Wednesday the 30th, July 2025, will be rejected. However, late submissions will be treated as expressions of interest and will be considered whenever a window for a new discount offer opens.
 
Important Note: Unless you are buying to invest but not to relocate, the following rules will not apply to you. However, if you intend to buy, to relocate to Mount Vema you must meet the requirements of the Following Mount Vema Royal Orders: Rule 28042021-1, and Rule 10082021-1.
 
Rule 28042021-1: Citizenship Through investments. This Rule is a Royal Mount Vema Order to promote and protect shared values. The Secretary of State may, if he thinks fit, cause the applicant to be registered as a Citizen of the Kingdom of Mount Vema only if the applicant shares the same values as most of the people that make the society of His Mount Vema Majesty’s realm, especially Christian values.
 
Rule 10082021-1: Anti-Drug Rule . This Rule is a Royal Mount Vema Order to deter drug dealers from targeting the City of Mount Vema and its residents. As well as preventing Mount Vema from becoming a place of drug users during construction and after construction. >>>
