The Treasury of His Majesty's Government of the Kingdom of Mount Vema is informing private and institutional investors that the marketable security series MVG-28AUG25, issued in August 2020, has come to maturity, and primary market purchases of the next MVG Note will close on Monday the 1st of September 2025.

Purchases of the next MVG Note series MVG-Note 28AUG30, may be done by invite only. Interested parties must Contact Mount Vema directly to request an invite from the Government’s Treasury. ​Purchases from a Foreign Government and or an International Monetary Authority must not exceed 100,000 Notes per account. Purchases from private entities must not exceed 50,000 Notes per account, and purchases from private investors must not exceed 10,000 Notes per account.  
 
Redeeming of MVG Notes series MVG-Note-28AUG25
Pension funds, foreign trusts, estates, partnerships, individuals, organizations, foreign governments, and corporate investors who have purchased the Marketable Security series MVG-Note-28AUG25, issued in August 2020, directly, through a broker, or a financial institution, are hereby notified that this MVG Note has come to maturity.
 
Payments will be made on Friday the 29th of August 2025 in Mount Vema currency.   For purchases made through brokers, and third parties, with returns payable in foreign currency such as the US dollar, the British Pound, the Euros, the Japanese Yen, and the Chinese Yuan, payments will be made on Tuesday the 2nd of September 2025.
