Minimum Wage
National Minimum Wage
The Mount Vema Minimum Wage is 8.20 golles per hour. Wages are worked out at an hourly rate, and applies to all eligible workers even if they’re not paid by the hour, weekly, monthly or paid an annual salary. This means that however someone gets paid, they still need to work out their equivalent hourly rate to see if they’re getting the minimum wage.
Minimum Wages Current rates - The rates may change every August
