The Education System of the Kingdom of Mount Vema
The Kingdom of Mount Vema system of formal education is compulsory based on principles of Christianity, similar to those of Catholic Schools. Students, progress through a series of academies. The names for the academies of the Kingdom of Mount Vema, internationally known as schools include:
Pre-Academy: Providing education to very young children ages 3–5.
First Academy: Providing education for young children from the age of five until the age of eleven or twelve.
Second Academy: Providing education for teenagers from the age of 11 to 16 or up to 18 who have completed primary education. The Second Academy incorporates SAG1, the first three years of second education (Grades 1, 2, and 3) and SAG2, second two years of second education (Grades 4, and 5).
Note 1: Second Academy Grade 1 is abbreviated as SAG1, and it is the legal term for the three years of education in maintained academies of Mount Vema.
Note 1: SAG2 is the legal term for the two years of academy education which incorporate MVCSAs (The Mount Vema Certificate of Second Academy, which is an academic qualification awarded in a specified subject, taken in a number of subjects by students aged 14–16 in Second Academy in Mount Vema and other exams, in maintained academies of the Kingdom of Mount Vema) of the Mount Vema National Curriculum. After 16 compulsory education ends young people can decide whether to continue their studies further at the Royal Foundation Academy of Mount Vema, or Kingdom of Mount Vema College (KMV College), or leave the education system.
