The Constitution of the Vema Seamount Society
We, the members of the Vema Seamount community, hereby the people of Mount Vema,

In order to form an orderly society;
promote territorial integrity, public safety, order, insure domestic tranquillity and prevention of crime and disorder:

To provide for the security of our families, our community and promote general welfare,
To improve and to maintain the highest standards of living, health, education and secure the liberty of all members of the Vema Seamount community, and our posterity,
To protect Vema Seamount, the Vema Seamount unique marine life,
-And-
To maintain the authority and impartiality of the Mount Vema Judiciary,
