Monarchy of Mount Vema

The Monarchy of Mount Vema is based on the monarchical constitutional form of government in which a king or queen is head of the judiciary, armed forces and the executive branch only in times of crises and reigns with limits to their power. The Sovereign is the mentor of the community and plays a symbolic role as guardian of the constitution, protector of the realm and is the highest representative of the territory, who oversees the day-to-day activities of the community.

In the political system of Mount Vema, the Head of State is the highest-ranking constitutional position in the realm, vested with powers to act as the chief representative of the Vema Seamount territory. The office is distinct from a head of government.
