The City of Mount Vema will be divided into several neighborhoods within the 10 Districts which will be Pashant, Bella Vista, Neverland, Roseland, Northland, Eastland, San Miguel, Maryland, Westland, and Southland. in addition to several other administrative zones listed as follows:
Airport
The Airport will have a 2400m x 45m runway, passenger terminal, cargo terminal, maintenance hangar, control tower, parking lot, etc. The airport will also have a green area annexed on part of the roof of the passenger terminal, which will be accessed by means of a ramp that integrates it into the Olympic park.
Breakwaters
The Breakwaters will be a set of barriers, that will form part of the 5th Avenue, and together will make the City of Mount Vema breakwaters. The 5th avenue will connect the breakwaters with the city's streets and avenues. The general concept for streets and avenues is to provide pedestrian sidewalks as well as bicycle lanes or bicycle paths. At the same time, generate green areas on the roofs of the different buildings in the city.
Gate Bridge
The Gate Bridge will be the main point of entry for any vessel visiting the City of Mount Vema and will be the main link between the city and the 5th Avenue which will connect the breakwaters with the city's roads and avenues.
Sea Port (Port of Mount Vema)
Because the Airport occupies a large part of the western zone, the size of the Sea Port has been reduced, and another tourist port for cruise ships and large vessels that cannot access the marina has been created, with its respective terminal. In addition, a commercial area was annexed, between the tourist port and the Olympic Park.
Marina
The Marina (Yacht Harbor) has been relocated, and is designed to allow the flow of small and medium boats, as well as sailboats, from the Gate Bridge to the City Bay, without having bridges or streets that hinder the passage. In addition to the docking area, the marina also has a main building, a service building, and a recreation area. These facilities will facilitate the organization of various events. The passage from the marina to the neighborhoods through the canals will only be for boats that have a maximum height of between 3.50/4.00m from the waterline, due to the height of the city's bridges.
City Farm
The City Farm is an outdoor cultivation area and an additional area with buildings for vertical crops, which will also serve to house animals. The buildings that separate the City Farm and Aquaculture Zone, will be used for the storage and distribution of both activities (agriculture and aquaculture).
Aquaculture
The Aquaculture Zone, in addition to the cultivation areas, it has a development and research building. The buildings that separate the City Farm and Aquaculture Zone, will be used for the storage and distribution of both activities (agriculture and aquaculture).
City Bay
Around the City Bay restaurants and entertainment venues will be located.
Central Park
The Central Park will have green areas, eateries, bike paths and a small "submerged" aquarium in the central part of the park.
Resort
In front of the Central Park is the Resort & Spa. It will have different pool areas ranging from private, common and artificial beach area with saltwater pool.
Shopping Center
Next to the Resort, will be the City of Mount Vema main Shopping Center.
Olympic Park
In the Olympic Park there is an Olympic stadium, an arena for multiple disciplines, an Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, as well as outdoor recreation spaces.
Golf Club
The Golf Club will have 14 hectares to house the 9-hole course, the main building, a small driving range and parking.
Wind Farm
The Wind Farm has 7 wind turbines and their respective power plant.
Recycling & Waste Center
The Recycling & Waste center will have an administrative building and five treatment plants; the one for construction and demolition waste, the PET bottle treatment plant, the M.R.F. (Material Recovery Facility), the one for forest residues, and the organic residue treatment plant.
Desalination Plant
Next to the Recycling & Waste center, and the Sewage Plant, is the Desalination Plant.
Sewage Plant
The Sewage Plant is next to the Recycling & Waste center.
Emergencies Center
The medical center has the main building and an annex for emergencies.
The cemetery
The national cemetery will be the only place of burial of the City of Mount Vema.
