City of Mount Vema Marina

The Marina (Yacht Harbor) has been relocated, and is designed to allow the flow of small and medium boats, as well as sailboats, from the Gate Bridge to the City Bay, without having bridges or streets that hinder the passage. In addition to the docking area, the marina also has a main building, a service building, and a recreation area. These facilities will facilitate the organization of various events. The passage from the marina to the neighborhoods through the canals will only be for boats that have a maximum height of between 3.50/4.00m from the waterline, due to the height of the city's bridges.

The Marina and City Bay
The Marina and The City Bay area are both a Special Administration Zone of the Kingdom of Mount Vema – The Vema Seamount Territory, and the City of Mount Vema Project. 

Administration and Representation in Congress
The Special Administration Zone is administered by its own Governor who is elected by the people for a term of four years but without a Governor’s seat in Congress. However, the Zone has its own representative in Congress who is elected by the people for a term of four years. The Representative is referred to as:
Congress Man or Congress Woman for The Marina and City Bay with a seat in the House of Representatives (The Congress of Mount Vema) where he/she will work to protect the interest of The Special Administration Zone in accordance with their manifesto and mission.

Elections
The sections that will make the City of Mount Vema are currently being built outside Mount Vema however, Mount Vema citizens, and owners of a Mount Vema Title Plan can already vote for, or stand for Governor of The Special Administration Zone, or Representative for Congress.
