A Government or corporate (general contractor) request for tenders is a formal, structured invitation to suppliers, service providers, builders, etc, to submit proposals to build or, provide products or services, where an official fee is needed to fortify and secure the tender engagement documents. Tender documents are sent out only to applicants who have paid the official fee which is 5000.00 golles regardless of the size of the contract. The process is structured so to ensure that competition for the use of Mount Vema funds is open, fair and free from bribery and nepotism.

All tenders and contracts are conducted in response to the tender. We ensure that no parties have unfair advantage of separate, prior, closed-door negotiations for contracts. An evaluation team will always go through the tenders and decide who will get the contract. If you get the contract you can either perform the work or act as a contractor, or as a subcontractor.
