The floating City of Mount Vema will be divided into 10 districts and several other small administrative divisions that will be key to the functioning of the city.
Each district will have 7 neighbourhoods, which makes it a total of 70 neighbourhoods. In this video we are showing what a typical residential property in the district of Maryland will be like, which happens to be selected as the capital of the city. Not to be confused with the capital of the Kingdom, which will be the District of Neverland. Every district in Mount Vema will be made of several floating properties designed to accommodate single people as well as large and small families. Maryland will be the only district where two owners will share the same unit. In other words, there will be two houses per floating unit. The total unit size will be about 12x22 meters, and each house will be about 8x9 meters. There are two 5 level houses per unit. The main entrance will be shared by the two properties, which then takes you to the hallway where each property will have their main doors and access to the back door, or to the canal. At the back of the property, you have space to dock a small boat or to board a water taxi. Back to the house. There is a storage in the center of the hallway where you can perhaps have your bicycle, your diving kits, fishing gear, or DIY materials, etc. Each property will have a garage, 5 bedrooms, a balcony, and will come with a roof terrace which will include a jacuzzi and space for outdoor dining. Each one of this type of property in the district of Maryland will cost just about 10 million golles. The Maryland houses will be the second most expensive in Mount Vema after Neverland, where a property could cost you more than 16 million golles. However there will be more affordable places, too. There are other districts where you will be able to find a very luxurious apartment for as little as 2 million golles. The Atlantic Ocean, the second largest ocean in the world.
But just under the Tropic of Capricorn, in the South Atlantic East, about 11 meters below the surface, lays a monument. A monument discovered in the late 1950s by a ship called Vema. So this monument, that rises more than 4,000 meters from the seabed, became known as Vema Seamount. Vema, is not just a seamount or an independent feature rising above the seafloor and considered to be within the deep sea. Vema Seamount, is four times bigger than a typical seamount, which makes it a monument, and its impact in the ocean is four to five times bigger than that of a seamount, And with a plateau-like summit of approximately 14 kilometers in diameter, and a mean base diameter of about 60 kilometers, it cannot be categorized as a seamount. It may not be an island, but it is not a seamount either, it is simply, Mount Vema! A submerged and ancient rock, once at the surface of the sea, eroded by millions of years of wave action. A sovereign territory, Its inextricably linked with The Vema Seamount Authority, Peter J Goldishman, who has managed to propel this overfished and almost forgotten ancient island once at the surface of the sea, to a well-managed and well-regulated fishing ground, and transformed it, to its greatest ever imagined state of wealth and prominence. |
No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, "And their righteousness is from Me," Says the LORD. Isaiah 54:17
