His Majesty King Peter of Mount Vema has delivered his 17th Christmas Message. This year 2023, the King spoke of the need the grasp the opportunities opening in 2024 as the world completes the cycle and transition from the change of the guard in 2022, the transition year in 2023, and the begin of the new era in 2024.

The year 2023 has been a challenging year for humanity. The tensions and the challenges were expected, and could have been avoided if you know where to look, or if you don’t let your guard down. But it would not be right to point fingers, what must be done is to work to find the right path for common development, security, and prosperity for all.
 
The year 2024 will come with many opportunities, as the world completes the cycle and transition from the change of the guard in 2022, the transition year in 2023, and the begin of the new era in 2024. What will happen from 2024, is what will determine the kind of generation we have become. A prosperous world community or a community on the path for a self-destructive behavior that could be prevented simply through dialogue and comprise at all levels from your next-door neighbor, and up to your government counterpart.
