Construction works on the gate bridge project on site will begin ahead of schedule – sources

Multiple sources familiar with the plans to build the City of Mount Vema Gate Bridge towers told VSBCnews on Tuesday that the project which moved from drawings to preparations for construction early this month, will start moving to location in Mount Vema earlier than September 1st 2024, the date which it was scheduled to start.
 
One of the sources who has links with the team involved with procurement of specialist vessels and offshore works equipment, said that if deals can be secured by the end of December 2023, works on site will start as soon as January 2024 or no later than April 2024.  
 
The Gate Bridge project will be the main point of entry for any vessel visiting the City of Mount Vema and the main link between the city and the 5th Avenue. The towers’ 25 stories will not only provide the base for the first live broadcasting studio of VSBCnews, it will also comprise a hotel with a combination of hotel rooms and serviced apartments, office complex, meeting facilities, retail facilities, coffee shops, and a 4-floor restaurant. >>>
