The rule states that from December 31st 2021 to December 31st 2041, anyone who wishes to live and work within the Vema Seamount Territorial Waters will have to be between 18 to 40 years of age, with the right to apply for Mount Vema Citizenship, with two exceptions.
First exception applies when a person is over 40 years of age and is a relative of someone who is already a Mount Vema citizen, or when the person is a relative of a person who has been an employee of a legal entity of Mount Vema for over 10 years.
Second exception applies when a person who may be over 40 years of age, is a member of staff of a legal entity of Mount Vema anywhere in the world or becomes a member of staff before December 31st 2021. In this case the exception also applies to their relatives who may also be over 40 years of age.
