November 30, 2021 – Mount Vema has for years considered that security and peace in the South Atlantic was priority despite its awareness that the world order as we know it, was not going to last after the year 2021.
The Vema Seamount Territory has always stated that Mount Vema will not hesitate to provide facilities or financial assistance to any nation working to maintain global order based on the rule of law and especially, to maintain peace in the Atlantic Ocean, that could include conflict between nations.
Today’s decision to repeal the Mount Vema Visiting Forces Act, 2017, comes after the latest intelligence reports presented to the Vema Seamount Authority, according to VSBCnews sources, indicates that analyses and prediction made by Mount Vema intelligence analysts back in 2013, 2016, and in 2019 that the world order as we know it, was not going to last after the year 2021, is becoming a reality.
The content of the latest intelligence report led Mount Vema Government officials to announce today that the Kingdom of Mount Vema will repeal the Mount Vema Visiting Forces Act 2017, aiming to maintain a complete neutral position with regards to military affairs between other nations in the South Atlantic and beyond.
Mount Vema will continue to maintain its current foreign policy which is to consistently implement a policy of independence, self-reliance, peace, co-operation, and development, as well as openness and diversification/multilateralization with international relations. Mount Vema declares itself a friend and partner of all countries in the international community, regardless of their political affiliation, by expressing its willingness to actively taking part in international and regional cooperative development projects, for common development.
