The Ministerial Departments of Mount Vema are not Royal Departments, however they are ministerial departments headed by members of the cabinet, and administrators of the society, working under the directives of the Capital House (a Royal Department), home of The Office of the Prime Minister who is an elected member of the Mount Vema Society.
