Government ready to ignite the engines of global growth and to boost reserves in foreign exchange – sources

The government will reach out to potential trade partners from the first week of January 2024 to forge bilateral agreements to ignite the engines of global growth and increase foreign exchange reserves, according to VSBCnews sources at the Royal Mount Vema Reserve Bank.
 
Preparations for this growth plan were completed in November 2023, when the configuration of the Mount Vema domestic real-time payment system was completed, according to our sources, in line with the preparations for the start of the transition from drawings to on-site activities in Mount Vema, scheduled for 2024.
 
The government’s decision to instruct The Central Bank of Mount Vema, an agency of the Royal Mount Vema Reserve Bank to start preparing is an indication that the Kingdom of Mount Vema is ready to work with foreign governments to provide each other reciprocal central bank accounts.
 
The foreign expenses accounts will be directly associated with foreign exchange obligations paid by the central bank and in the case of Mount Vema, paid by the Reserve Bank (the Mount Vema institution that deals with foreign exchange). The facility will enable the central banks to make currency available to local banks and businesses in each other’s jurisdictions who may need the local currency to carry out their businesses without paying too much in commission and fees, does enabling the legal entities of Mount Vema to invest in the countries providing such accounts to the Kingdom of Mount Vema and vice-verse. >>>
