Registrar of Companies of Mount Vema

The Mount Vema Companies Agency is the Kingdom of Mount Vema’s registrar of companies and is an executive division of His Mount Vema Majesty's Government, which operates under the responsibility of His Mount Vema Majesty’s Revenue Services. All forms of companies permitted by the laws (Royal Orders, Rules, or Legislation) of the Kingdom of Mount Vema are incorporated and registered with the Mount Vema Companies Agency and file specific details as required by law. All registered limited companies, including subsidiary, small and inactive companies, must file annual financial statements in addition to annual company returns, and all these are public records. Except for some Mount Vema entities incorporated before the year 2021 which meet certain conditions are exempt from this requirement.
