Royal Order to regulate the fees to be charged by port agents and shipping agencies introduced

A Mount Vema Royal Order cited as Rule 11052023-1 “Port of Mount Vema Agency Fees” has been introduced to regulate the fees charged by port agents and shipping agencies such as InVema preparing to operate within the Mount Vema territorial waters.  The Rule also created the “Mount Vema Maritime and Air Agents Fund” to support owners of individual firms and directors of the companies and their personnel whose main activity is air and shipping-agency providing that they are not already covered by other insurance policies. >>>
