How much does a listing cost?
The total fee for the market listing depend on the size, sector and structure of the Company coming to the market as this affects the nature and level of due diligence required. On top of these fees, the Company will need to pay the broker’s fees for raising the funds (unless listing by way of an introduction) which may be in the region of 4-6% of funds raised.
The Gollexi calculates on the number of stocks of a listed security but they are capped at 500,000.
The annual fees are approximately 50,000 golles
Application Fee: 5,000 golles (Payment to be applied toward final filing fee assessed.)
New Listing:
• Issuers with total stocks outstanding of less than 5 million: 50,000 golles
• Issuers with total stocks outstanding 5 million to 10 million: 55,000 golles
• Issuers with total stocks outstanding 10+ million to 15 million: 60,000 golles
• Issuers with total stocks outstanding over 15 million: 75,000 golles

• Issuers with 50 million or less stocks outstanding: 35,000 golles
• Issuers with 50+ million to 75 million or less stocks outstanding: 45,000 golles
• Issuers with over 75 million stocks outstanding: 50,000 golles
