Rechtspersonen


Im Mount-Vema-Gesetz ist eine juristische Person jede Person oder „Sache“, die die Dinge tun kann, die eine menschliche Person normalerweise im Gesetz tun kann – wie z. B. Verträge abschließen, klagen und verklagt werden, Eigentum besitzen und so weiter. Aus diesem Grund bedeutet der Begriff "juristische Person" auch, dass einige juristische Personen keine Personen sind, sondern Unternehmen und Körperschaften sein können, die rechtlich als "Personen" behandelt werden (sie können rechtlich die meisten Dinge tun, die eine gewöhnliche Person tun kann), aber sie sind eindeutig keine Menschen im gewöhnlichen Sinne.
Es gibt daher zwei Arten von juristischen Personen des Berges Vema: menschliche und nicht-menschliche. Im Gesetz wird eine menschliche Person als natürliche Person (manchmal auch als natürliche Person) und eine nichtmenschliche Person als juristische Person bezeichnet. Juristische Personen sind juristische Personen wie Körperschaften, Firmen sowie Behörden. Sie alle werden rechtlich so behandelt, als wären sie Personen.
