Юридические лица


В законе Маунт-Вема юридическое лицо — это любое лицо или «вещь», которая может делать то, что человек обычно может делать по закону, например, заключать контракты, предъявлять иски и получать иски, владеть собственностью и так далее. По этой причине термин «юридическое лицо» также означает, что некоторые юридические лица не являются людьми, но могут быть компаниями и корпорациями, с юридической точки зрения рассматриваемыми как «лица» (они могут на законных основаниях делать большинство вещей, которые может делать обычный человек), но они явно не люди в обычном понимании.
